Elite Safes recommend strongly keeping your children and animals from the safes and other security products in order to prevent them from going into the product.

You also acknowledge and agree that GetSafes.com does not carry any liability for damages caused after handing the product you have purchased to the freight or shipping company, as it shipped FOB. However, we would like to know if the product arrived damaged, so we can assist you resolving the claim against the freight company.

Not every item that is listed on our website is always available in stock, therefore backordering may occur. In the case of backordering, GetSafes.com will contact you for details about how long it will take to have the product in stock. You agree that you cannot cancel the order in any case of backordering.
All images shown on our website are subjected to change without any notice and not necessarily reflect the actual image you have purchased or about to purchase. Not all items shown in the product’s image are included in all variations of the product, and may be subjected to change. An image of one product from a certain series or line of products may represent or be shown on our website as a different product from the same line.
Although GetSafes.com will apply reasonable efforts to maintaining standing inventory of products to be available for shipping, GetSafes.com guarantees no specific inventory levels available at any specific time.
Either if specified or not, for getting the right measurements of each product, you must add up to 2.5” to outside depth for dial and handle. Actual weight may vary, as it is specified as the manufacturer declared.
Please consult your insurance company if the product you want to purchase is covered by its policy.

You agree that this Agreement and all agreements and information incorporated herein may be automatically assigned by GetSafes.com, in its sole discretion, to a third party. You may not assign your obligations to another entity.

Shipping

We at GetSafes.com are not responsible for any damage caused to the product during the shipping, by the Freight Companies. However, we would like to know for any damage caused by the freightshipping company, in order to assist you in resolving this matter. We use FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS and common carriers in order to deliver the products to you. FOB terms are established. GetSafes.com shall have no liability hereunder arising from any failure to meet a product delivery date for any reason.

The shipping rates (for available methods only) are displayed for you to choose during our checkout process.
The liability of GetSafes.com for damaged merchandise ceases when the shipment is accepted by a common carrier (or any other shipping company). All claims for damages or delays in delivery should be made directly to the carrier.

Your product may be shipped via Freight Company to its local terminal around your shipping address. A Freight Company representative may call you to schedule an appointment, in which the product will be given to you.

Your product may be delivered on a liftgate truck and will be taken off the truck by the Freight Company delivery guy. You may be required to sign a proof of delivery receipt upon delivery. Upon delivery please inspect the product for damages. If the product is damaged, note on the delivery receipt. If refusing to accept the delivery due to damage, please note on the receipt “refused due to damage”.

Please note, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. In addition, if the Freight Company’s truck has no access to your shipping address, the Freight Company will not be able to complete the delivery.

Return Policy

• All product returns must be authorized by GetSafes.com, within 72 hours of product receipt.
• All returns will only be accepted with a Return Goods Authorization (RGA), which will be provided by us via email or by phone. Please provide the reason for returning the product.
• The product must be wrapped carefully and returned in the original condition and packaged the same way it was received. The product will be shipped to the address we will provide to you along with the RGA. Upon receiving the product at our warehouse, the product will be inspected thoroughly.
• Roundtrip shipping cost, a 15% restocking fee and any damage noted will be deducted from the refund.
• The refund will be issued to the credit card used to purchase the product returned, or by a company check.
 

Damaged Product

• At GetSafes.com we make sure that when a product leaves our warehouses, it has been thoroughly inspected prior to being shipped.
• You must inspect for shipping damage prior to accepting the product from the freight company.
• You must inspect for damages of the product at the day of arrival and report to us by calling the customer service or by emailing us.
• In the rare event that a product arrives damaged or defective and is reported to us as damaged within 72 hours of arrival, we will exchange that product at no cost to you within 30 days of purchase.
• We will provide you with a Return Goods Authorization (RGA), and return shipping address for the damaged product. We will take care of all the shipping costs at no cost to you.
• If the product becomes defective after 30 says of purchase, the purchaser needs to contact the manufacturer for repair, or use our customer service in helping contacting the manufacturer.
• Damaged or defective product that is returned without an RGA or shipped to the wrong address will not be accepted.

 
Order Cancellation

• An order may be cancelled as long as the product has NOT been shipped yet.
• All other cancellations will be subject to shipping, freight and 15% restocking fee.
• In order to cancel an order, you must call customer service or email us.

Security:

This website is secured with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), cryptographic protocols which provide secure communications on the internet, and is considered as the highest security standard on the internet. The website is secured and checked daily for hacking. GetSafes.com does not hold responsibility for the website's vulnerability to disabling tools and viruses. We restrict access to your personal information to employees that need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our services.
