We make sure the product is not damaged before it is handed to the delivery company. Please do not sign for receiving the shipment, before you checked that the product is not damaged. If the product arrived damaged, please call our customer service and report it, in order that we can help you with your claim against the freight company.

There is no shipping to a P.O. Box.

All safes over 150 Lbs are shipped as "Curbside Delivery" only, and if they are Sentry Safes as "Dock to Dock" shipping! If you need help in bringing the safe inside, this must be arranged with either the freight company or another party, and will cost an additional fee.
